Darcy believes all young people deserve respect and agency, emphasizing the provision of choice in all areas of her work. As an educator, she cultivates creativity, collaboration and community through the arts with participants from age three to adulthood. 

Trained in applied drama in education, devised theatre, music and choreography, Darcy celebrates the individual and reveals the power of community through meaningful story experiences with children and young adults of all abilities.
